We were backstage at the recent Rodarte show and are happy to report the Mulleavy sisters have created some astoundingly recherché pieces! As we perused the racks and watched the models prepare, we happened upon Stylist and attendee Flavius who excitedly distilled this season’s message: “Hunger Games casual — understated yet killer.”
As things got crazy backstage, the audience of well-heeled Capitolites sat back and happily took in the very hautest Rodarte had to offer — from Black Crinkle Chiffon Gowns with Swarovski Elements to pink and Fawn Dolman Sleeve Dresses.
It was seriously heartbreaking to have to choose favorites from such a fabulous collection, but in the name of Capitol Couture, we managed.
